We offer buffet reception style dining or a plated dinner for a more formal dinner experience. Cuisine ranges from tacos and fajitas to items unique to the Vail Valley like Pipian Verde de Pollo con Huitlacoche to Pescado de Chile con Crema Poblana. Agave carries the largest selection of tequilas in the area- serving over 100 types of tequilas! Serving specialty drinks like the rattlesnake infused tequila and margaritas that satisfy the most distinguished palate.
We offer private space for larger groups with a bar, lounge area and scenic mountain views. Need entertainment? Agave has a built in DJ booth and can provide a stage for live entertainment and a dancing area. We have flat screen TV’s throughout with DVD capabilities for your audio visual needs.
