Agave has been serving creative and traditional Mexican cuisine in the Vail Valley for over 10 years. Through our combining of traditional Mexican flavors and some unique ingredients we have created a menu like no other in the Vail Valley. Like the Mexican culture, our menu is varied- covering the spectrum of seafood, meats and vegetables- including roasted cactus- in order to satisfy the most discerning and discriminating guests.

Agave can also accomodate large parties ranging in size from 20 to 200 people. See our Group Menu page for information on large groups menus.
